Timothy L. Dearborn, AIA – Architect

Born and raised in the State of Maine.

IN 1991, Tim received a Bachelors of Architecture Degree from the University of Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame, Tim studied in Rome, Italy, during his third year. He also served as a teaching assistant directing a design studio for first year architecture students during his fifth year. Upon graduation, Tim moved to California to begin his professional career.

Prior to coming to L Street Architects, Tim worked for a number of architecture firms in Stockton, California, with the last ten years spent as a project and design architect for a prominent architecture firm specializing in public K-12 school design.

At L Street Architects, Tim leads one of the office’s project teams which is responsible for the development of design and construction documents for a variety of architectural projects.

Tim has experience in the architectural design and construction of public schools, government buildings, retail and commercial office buildings, industrial facilities and single and multi-family residential.
